Action Research Plan

After reading some material and talking to some people about the topic of Action Research I have learned that it is important to pick a topic that is relevant to you.  There are many topics that you can choose to do Action Research on, but picking the one that is not only relevant to you but also to your district is very important.  It is important so that you can actually put the Action Research in to place and in motion.
